The Last 90 Days

Anyone else attempt the Hollis "last 90 days" challenge and fall off the bandwagon in about a week? Guilty!
(If not, the last 90 days challenge was a challenge to finish the year as strong as you start it including getting in movement, water, waking up early, etc).
October 1 it hit me that 2020 is almost over and what a profound year it has been for me. Despite COVID, this has been the best year of my life as I became a mom and have embraced so much family time with my little nugget.
...Despite loving being a mom, postpartum has still hard. My anxiety between baby and COVID has been higher than ever and I know many can relate.
The last 90 days of 2020 I wanted to set a few goals to help my anxiety, cherish this time, and chill the fahk out!
My goals are:
start and end the day with a gratitude practice
love using the morning app
get at least 10,00 steps a day
this is time for podcast/audible/music/me time
reciprocal movement like walking helps with anxiety and stress
no screen time from dinner until Reece goes to bed
because everything else can wait.
Its 10/10/20 and I have already missed some of these BUT that's ok... I just pick up the next day. What we do MOST the time matters. So, IMO, if I miss 1000 steps one day but pick it back up the next, that matters a lot more than doing everything perfectly for 3 weeks then throwing in the towel.
So what are your end of 2020 goals? Something you can do for YOU momma!
Set them and tag us on your social media killing your goals!
